    Abstract:

    According to the characteristics of the waste gas produced by a flexible printed circuit (FPC) company, the bag filter, activated carbon adsorption, lye scrubber, water scrubber, liquid caustic + sodium hypochlorite scrubber were used to treat the exhaust gas. The total investment of the projectwas 2.7 million yuan, and the annual operation cost was 1.9896 million yuan. The concentrations of sulfuric acid mist, hydrochloric acid mist, nitrogen oxides, formaldehyde, ammonia-containing exhaust gas, hydrogen cyanide, tin-containing exhaust gas, organic exhaust gas, and dust in the exhaust gas were 0~0.10 mg/m3, 0.01~1.36 mg/m3, 0~0.53 mg/m3, 0.02~0.05 mg/m3, 0.48~0.66 mg/m3, 0.02~0.13mg/m3, 0.75~2.35 mg/m3, 0.846~2.505 mg/m3, and 1.47~2.56 mg/m3.
